The processing of your personal data allows, among other purposes, the development and direct marketing of products and services that we believe are the most appropriate to the profile and needs of each Customer.

This Privacy Policy establishes how PM&LEAN, LDA., uses the personal data of its customers, suppliers, employees and potential customers, consisting of the following sections:

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING?

PM&LEAN, LDA. is responsible for processing personal data and determines the purposes and means of processing them.

WHEN AND HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

PM&LEAN, LDA. collects your personal data, namely by telephone, in writing, through its websites and via e-mail, guaranteeing, whenever necessary, the prior consent of the holder of the personal data.

Some personal data are indispensable for providing consultancy services in the field of business, management and investment, trade and real estate and securities investments, and also providing consultancy and advisory services, professional training, public relations, equipment consultancy , computer programs and other information technologies, in which, in case of lack or insufficiency thereof, PM&LEAN, LDA. cannot provide the product or service in question.

If the holder of the personal data is not a customer of PM&LEAN, LDA., the respective personal data will only be processed when they are made available, namely by subscribing to sending newsletters or contact requests, in which case the rules of this Protection Policy will apply of Data.

The personal data collected can be processed by computer and in an automated or non-automated way, guaranteeing in all cases strict compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, being stored in specific databases created for this purpose and, under no circumstances, the data collected will be used for a purpose other than that for which they were collected or given consent by the data subject.

WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR LEGAL BASIS?

In general, the personal data collected is based on and intended for the management of the contractual relationship, the provision of contracted services, the adaptation of services to the needs and interests of the Customer, namely for the purpose of accessing specific functionalities of the services, suggestions of content, information services as needed, as well as information and marketing actions.

Additionally, personal data may also be processed for the purposes of complying with legal obligations and for the purposes of investigation, detection and repression of serious crimes.

Without prejudice to the additional information provided at the time of data collection, PM&LEAN, LDA. may also, as long as legally permissible, use the personal data provided by the holder for other purposes, such as for the purposes of social intervention actions, sending complaints and suggestions, disseminating institutional information and/or publicizing campaigns, promotions, advertising and news about PM&LEAN, LDA products and/or services.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COLLECTED?

PM&LEAN, LDA., within the scope of its activities, processes personal data necessary for the provision of services and/or supply of products, as well as, in terms of social intervention, processing data such as name, telephone number , email address. 

If there is prior consent from the Client, this may be withdrawn at any time, without, however, compromising the lawfulness of the treatment carried out based on the previously given consent.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE?

PM&LEAN, LDA. assumes the commitment to guarantee the protection of the security of the personal data made available to it, having approved and implemented strict rules in this matter. Compliance with these rules is an obligation for all those who legally access them.

Bearing in mind the concern and commitment that PM&LEAN, LDA. reveals in the defense of personal data, several technical and organizational security measures were adopted in order to protect the personal data made available to it against its dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access, as well as as against any other form of unlawful treatment.

Additionally, third parties that, within the scope of the provision of services, process the Customer's personal data in the name and on behalf of PM&LEAN, LDA., are obliged to carry out appropriate technical and security measures that, at all times, satisfy the requirements set out in the legislation in force and ensure the defense of the rights of the data subject (namely, the protection of privacy and personal data of Customers).

Notwithstanding the security measures adopted, PM&LEAN, LDA. warns all those who surf the Internet that they must adopt additional security measures, namely, ensure that they use a PC and a Browser updated in terms of properly configured security "patches", with an active firewall, antivirus and anti-spyware and that certify the authenticity of the sites they visit on the internet, and should avoid websites whose reputation they do not trust.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The period during which personal data is stored and maintained varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed.

Indeed, there are legal requirements that oblige to keep data for a minimum period. Thus, and whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the data will be stored and kept only for the minimum period necessary to pursue the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing, under the terms defined by law.

Without prejudice to the recipients indicated throughout this Data Protection Policy, PM&LEAN, LDA. may communicate the Customer's personal data, for the purpose of complying with legal obligations, namely to police, judicial, tax and regulatory entities.

HOW CAN YOU ACCESS, RECTIFY, UPDATE, LIMIT, DELETE, OPPOSITE THE TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA, OR REMOVE CONSENT?

Without prejudice to the provisions of the RGPD, the holder of the personal data may do so, directly or upon written request, addressed to the respective Responsible for the treatment, through the contacts made available for this purpose in this document, as well as other contacts made available by PM&LEAN, LTD.

YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

As holders of personal data, Customers are guaranteed, at any time, the right to access, rectify, update, limit and erase their personal data (except for data that are essential for the provision of services by PM&LEAN, LDA. duly identified on the Form as being mandatory supply or compliance with legal obligations to which the controller is subject), the right to object to their use for commercial purposes by PM&LEAN, LDA. and the withdrawal of consent, without this compromising the lawfulness of the treatment carried out under that consent, as well as the right to data portability.
